GF 222 is a 6.0 mil matte white semi-rigid vinyl with a permanent acrylic pressure sensitive on a 90# liner. This vinyl is designed to accept a variety of solvent-based, UV curable and latex inks common to wide format digital printing systems. GF 222 is a permanent vinyl designed for ease of application of temporary interior or exterior signage, decals, nameplates, die-cut letters and point-of-purchase displays. Semi-Rigid films are easy to handle due to their rigidness and thus can be applied quickly.

Do I need to use application tape with GF 222?
Most people have great success using the GF 222 without application tape. The added thickness of this product allows installers to handle this material easily. The dimensional stability also means that the product won’t stretch during application.
Is GF 222 Semi-Rigid good for bumper sticker applications?
Although you could use GF 222 for bumper sticker type applications, you generally would use a removable adhesivel for ease of removal down the road. Permanent adhesives may have some degree of adhesive transfer depending upon the duration of the application.
What are some unique applications for permanent Semi-Rigid vinyls?
Semi Rigid films have good dimensional stability.
